The Training Academy is responsible for and committed to the training and development of all staff within the Martin & Co network, whether new to the lettings industry or experienced practioners in the property world. This includes franchise owners, lettings and property teams, negotiators and administrators. Martin & Co believe that empowered, well trained staff are the key to a successful lettings business.

These courses are run throughout the year across the UK including London. 
 
As you would expect from an accredited Investor in People organisation, the training courses on offer are well established and cover a broad range of topics relevant to the lettings sector. Many of these courses are heavily subsidised and are bespoke to Martin & Co, but staff benefit from these being recognised within the broader lettings arena.
 
Many of the staff are also involved in committees/ boards associated with lettings and property sectors. Recent involvement includes membership on a working group with “Asset Skills” to develop a set of National Occupational Standards for the Letting and representation at board level with The British Property Federation (BPF).
