Martin & Co is an aggressive brand builder focused exclusively on the residential lettings market. Its distinctive blue and green “house logo” can be seen across the UK as the Martin & Co network stretches across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Martin & Co was established in 1986 by the co-founder and Chairman Richard Martin, and launched as a franchise in 1995. Ian Wilson, Managing Director oversees the day to day running of the business and is supported by a head office team of over 25 people. Staff are based at the head office in Bournemouth, Dorset as well as around the UK.
Each of the 170 plus Martin & Co offices trade under licence with Martin & Co (UK) Ltd as the franchisor. Franchise owners will each have set up their own limited company as part of the launch process.
The well-established recruitment team – Lisa Purdey and Faye Gliddon are responsible for recruiting staff at all levels for the whole franchise lettings network.
Our unique branding with the clean modern look of our high street premises has helped Martin & Co to become one of the most distinctive national lettings brands. In terms of geographical spread we are also the largest lettings network across the UK.
